When I was at my dad's for Thanksgiving, we noticed a musty smell in his bathroom. Turns out, a pipe had been leaking for who knows how long and there was a bunch of mold growing behind the wall. SERVPRO came in, removed all the damage, and now his bathroom is good as new! Thank you for taking care of my Dad!

Couldn't tell you - they never showed up. I had three (3) appointments scheduled over the course of a few weeks. Literally every single one of them were canceled due to emergencies on their end. I took time off from work to be there on all three days. The last appointment was scheduled for Monday (6/24) and literally 3 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, I get a phone call stating they're unable to make it. Called somebody else immediately. I mean I get emergencies, but three times in a row? And who calls somebody 3 minutes before they're supposed to show up to tell them they can't make it? Are you serious? Thanks for wasting my time. Never again.
