Serve Pro just left my house and I am so excited to jump on here and write them a review! Admittedly, we had a mice infestation in our home that left me feeling uneasy using the cabinets and drawers in my kitchen. We had serve pro come out to clean and disinfect the areas and I am amazed by the results! From the beginning whomever I spoke with on the phone with scheduling was so polite and helpful. When she didn’t know the answers to my questions to promised to find out from Rick, the owner, and return my call. And that she did! She called back within an hour or two and was able to answer my questions, give me a quote, and schedule an appointment in just a few days! I was so excited! Today, Tim came this morning on time and did an amazing job! He was professional and took the time with all the details, taking my drawers out fully, cleaning the floors around the cabinets and my sink that he was using as a water source. I also have to say, he was so kind and personable I feel as if we have been friends forever! That makes it way more enjoyable having a stranger in your house who is cleaning up something that makes you feel more vulnerable or embarrassed by! Thank you so much Tim! Definitely will use again if we ever need, and definitely would recommend anyone to try out Serve Pro!

We recently had a substantial flood in our basement and called Rick for assistance.
