Brent and his Servpro crew are the absolute best. From the second they showed up to our flooded house they were polite, professional, organized, and apathetic. Their experience and knowledge helped give us comfort during a terrible event in our lives. Brent helped us to fully understand the process from water mitigation to fully inventorying and packing out our house. He coordinated with our insurance company and adjuster and ensured that we were taken care of in a timely manner. He also drove multiple times 1.5hrs to meet us at the house and ensure we were “in the know” and taken care of. He constantly communicated with us both during the week and on the weekend and was available to answer any and all questions we had. We could not have asked for better service and are extremely thankful for their hard work in helping us put our house back together. Thank you all for everything!
