Working with Curtis and Servpro was a very satisfying experience from the start. My project started with repairs from a burst pipe, and included replacing drywall, paint, baseboards, molding and flooring. The quality of all updates met and exceeded expectations. Curtis was very responsive and had his team coordinated to do all the aforementioned work in a very reasonable amount of time. !!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Servepro of Rock Hill and York County was outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure my Wife and I were assisted in every step of our home owners claim process. They maintained a high level of communication with us throughout the entire process and made sure we were completely satisfied with the end result before we closed our home owners claim with our insurance company. Curtis Sheetz was my project manager and he was extremely thorough, helpful, and patient with my wife and I through the entire process. This was our first time ever going through a home owners claim after a tree fell on our roof, and Curtis really made us feel comfortable and taken care of. We had to wrestle with our insurance company to make sure the necessary repairs were accounted and paid for to get our house back to the condition it was in before the accident.
