My house needed to be fogged due to exotic birds living there. Servpro did an excellent job from start to finish. The owner contacted me personally to discuss the process and set up the appointment. The two men that came to to do the work were prompt, professional and courteous. I feel their pricing was very fair along with their great customer service. Excellent service, courteous, professional and pleasure to work with. We got a black mold situation in our kitchen due to a leaking dishwasher. SERVPRO of Rockwall/Rowlett came and diagnosed the situation quickly and gave us the action plan in detail, built an air tight containment to prevent mold/dust to contaminate other area, and got rid of the mold promptly and flawlessly. A third party tester came and told us that they did such an excellent job that we could eat of the surface they cleaned. Also, they built such a good containment that our contractor ended up using it until near the end of the project, and they were happy to loan us their 4 posts that held the containment the entire time. Thank you SERVPRO! You're a life saver and we will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone and use your service again in the future!

Don't trust anything they tell you on the phone. Their staff flat out lied to me. They did an OK job on the water restoration work. But, I'll never use them again since I can no longer trust them.
