Peter and the Servpro team did an exceptional job on a very messy, difficult water damage cleanup. They were very responsive, and worked with me trying to manage the cleanup and removal of lots of debris from my cousins home. The majority of our communication needed to occur thru phone and email as I live 300 miles away from the site where the damage occurred. I would highly recommend them.

I had a pin hole leak in my HVAC handler closet that I was not aware of before it became a mess. I called the plumber to fix the leak and called SERVPRO of Southern Butler County to dry the area out. They came promptly, removed the wet drywall, cleaned up the floor and set fans and a dehumidifier to dry out the area. They were courteous, prompt and professional. I would definately recommend. Servpro of butler came to the rescue at my home between Christmas and New years and I do not know what I would have done without them. Not only did they make every effort to coordinate with my insurance company they made a point to do everything the right way, rather than the fastest way possible. Even though we were put out of a few rooms over the holidays, they were able to dry areas that probably would have been torn out, simply because tearing it out is easier (believe it or not). I could not recommend Peter and his team any higher !
