We experienced fire and smoke damage. I called Servpro of the Texas Hill Country, Comfort, TX and they were very prompt to respond and view the damage. Smoke damage had penetrated the entire residence. They began cleanup almost immediately and did a meticulous job, including washing and dry-cleaning everything in closets and drawers. The entire house had to be repainted. Two kitchen appliances were replaced, the cabinets were removed, cleaned and repainted. Granite counter top repaired, fluorescent lights were replaced, chandeliers and antique clock collection finely cleaned, etc. Everything was done to our satisfaction. The workers were extremely polite and respectful. I would highly recommend this Servpro for anyone who finds themselves in an unfortunate cleanup situation. S. Sanborn

Great staff Emily and Kristian when calling in, followup and coordination timely and great. Staff that came out Pat and Angel very polite, concerned and listened when addressing concerns. Very organized, and careful when removing cabinets and wood flooring due to water damage. Would not hesitate to use again.

We had a very quick response to our needs when ceiling fell down due to an Air conditioner leak. Patricio and Luciano, both met our needs. They expeditiously diagnosed the source of our water damage and developed a plan to resolve it. Once put into action their plan corrected the issue within 2 days. We appreciate their professionalism and personal demeanor. They kept us informed of what they were doing and why through the whole process. We would recommend them and SERVPRO for anyone needing this type of service. We want to thank them, again, for their quick response and awesome job well done!

Servpro responded immediately to our request for services. They vacuumed up the water and put fans up in about an hour. They monitored the moisture and came back to remove the fans when everything was dry. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. We would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their property.

I called another franchise (ServPro of Helotes & Leon Springs) also owned by this ServPro franchise (ServPro of The Hill Country), but since this is the one that billed me, I think the review belongs here. I was pushed to evaluate their service on a company iPad by a supervisor PRIOR to getting a bill or even an estimate. Things seemed OK at that point, so I gave them a 10 (best) on everything even though I couldn't quite make out the questions on the screen (needed better reading glasses). THEN THE BILL CAME. There were only 7 line items on the bill, but 1 was total fiction, and 2 others were wrong as to quantity. They initially overcharged me by over 200 for dealing with a small leak. Had I not been there during the visits (to my rental property), I would not have been able to challenge the bill successfully. Also, BE AWARE that the fine print on the documents you sign BEFORE THEY START includes the following: Consent is hereby given for filing of mechanic's liens by Provider for the work described in this contract on the property on which the work is performed if Provider is not paid. If I ever have another similar problem, I will call a different company. Even the corrected bill was overpriced in my view.
