The folks at ServPro WOW are committed to helping you and providing quality work. Brett helped connect me with Greg, the owner, who guided me through a nasty mold problem. Greg was very good about accommodating my schedule and taking the time to assess the situation before recommending a course of action. There were some aspects of our problem that he was not able to help with, but he was great about sending me to a quality guy who could. I would highly recommend them!

I had an appointment for 10 am and no one showed even after having a conversation with the gentleman after making the appointment and getting his cell phone number. I called at 25 after and he had no recollection of an appointment. Then when trying to reschedule he just wanted me to send a picture of the issue so he could diagnose the issue from a picture that several other companies had concerns about the complexity of the issue. I'd give them no stars but that wasn't an option. I took off work so I could meet with ServPro and they failed me epicall. Now I'm out money and my time. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
