Job sites are unorganized. Sometimes walking in circles for 30 minutes looking for materials that should be known to everyone but isn't because of the so called Foremans always sitting in their vehicle or trailer nowhere to be found. No team attitude. Communication amongst employees are terrible!

They recently gave me a great opportunity to work for them even when I’m on Home detention but unfortunately to the rule the home detention go by I cannot drive or travel out of state as a felon it is hard to even been recognized by a job like this I hope when I get off this will be my luck job to start a new path and start my career in HVAC.Thank You
