Extortionate prices on medicine for my dog, I checked after my partner had purchased some eye drops and wipes costing over 60 when the eye drops are 12.99 online. We have also been given misinformation I feel to push us towards surgery that allergy tests for dogs don't exists and they do and that dogs aren't allergic to pine and they can be! So they're either poorly educated on certain topics or just want me to blindly have an expensive surgery for my dog. They've also told me that 14 a month is the cheapest way to worm and flea my dog with them and clearly research has showed that they're again over priced and they don't even give the dog the medicine! Maybe all vets over charge on medicine Im sure il find out shortly but obviously won't trust a word they say again!

When we sadly lost one of our dogs in January, Leanne was absolutely fantastic, so calm and helped us to deal with a traumatic experience. Also, when we went back in months later to see Guy he remembered our loss and said how sorry he was which was really appreciated and shows the personal touch that you always receive at Dalehead - they are a fantastic team.

After having my pet to sleep I contacted the vets for details, they said ashes are returned on a Thursday, so 2 and a half weeks later I'm still checking, will be next Thursday ( 3 weeks) so starting to panic I ring the crematorium only to be told they got her yesterday. So she has been in a freezer for 2 half weeks while I was under the impression she was being cremated and was waiting to come home, if the vets would have told me this the 1st week I would have collected her and took her myself. Immoral and disgusting, these are our pets and family.
