Pros: The property manager and the staff in the leasing office are nice and helpful. The apartment is quiet and cozy. The rent is fair relative to other properties in this area and the parking is free. Cons: Most people in the community does not wearing masks in the common areas, especially in the laundry room, so I do not recommend living there during the pandemic. The laundry room is poorly maintained if you use it in the afternoons or weekends. The bathroom appliances are cheaply made.

I don't personally live here but I have a friend that does. I walked around the area and it seems really clean and well taken care of. I asked him about the rent, and he simply said: "For that cage? It's about 900, if you're thinking of moving in make sure to get an apartment facing the grass so you can enjoy somewhat of a backyard". The management is friendly and Lisa Hunt is the current manager as of today. I never hear the neighbors when I'm here and everything seems quiet at night. This place is a little expensive for what it is but it's expected due to its location. It's a good balance, I'd move here if I was looking for an apt in the area.

Under the new administration, which has only one goal and that is to extract every penny from its tenants at any cost, this place has become inadequate for work and life. More to come...

I am really surprised by all the negative comments, I really enjoyed living here! I lived at seven65 for almost a year and didn't have to many problems. I had a renovated studio and it was spacious and everything was updated and new. The complex manager is SO nice and was very friendly threw out my entire stay. It was mostly students and working processionals who lived here with a few kids here and there. It was pretty quite and I never heard a pep from my neighbors. Smoking isn't allowed but I would still see people smoking outside. That is not really managements fault, more the people who are knowing breaking the rules. For a studio its a bit on the pricey side but I think its mainly due to its location. It is seriously right in the middle of everything. I moved up more toward foothill and I am seriously missing how close I used to be to everything! So yea in my opinion this place is great! Never really had a problem here and I only moved because I wanted a bigger apartment.

Seven65 Lofts has been an amazing apartment community to reside. The office management team has always been friendly, helpful and welcoming! The maintenance team is timely, friendly and helpful! It is in prime location in the downtown Salt Lake City area. Walkable distance to stores and a couple different gyms! I love the pool and hot tub in the summer as well as the on site gym invade I am in a time crunch to get a quick workout in. Would definitely recommend!!

I really enjoyed my stay here! Never had any issues, and the only maintenance request was addressed within the hour. The staff were friendly and the location was so incredibly convenient for food and shopping! Highly recommend these apartments.

The place is in an okay area. That being said the apartment itself is old and outdated. The only windows they have face directly into the neighbors so you have a choice of either having your neighbors and passersby staring at you, or siting in complete darkness. the place felt like a cave. The water pipes are so loud you can hear every time anyone tums on the faucet. A/C is old and loud as well. The worst part are hidden charges that the management will bill after you move out. Technically it is in the lease, but be aware that what is worded as a simple matter of covering the lasts months utilities, will add up when put together with a compulsory cleaning fee. This is true even if you spend hours making sure you leave the place as clean as possible. It is yet another example of a rental company price gouging renters for everything they can. It is not illegal, but it will leave you feeling robbed. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

I moved in three weeks ago and the experience thus far has been exceptional. The staff have been perfectly responsive. As others have said here, the location is amazing. Luckily I got in during a time when price was competitive. I feel safe here and currently feel that Seven65 Lofts deserves a better rating so here is five stars :)
