Terrible service. I booked a laptop in for repair on the priority service. It was five and a half weeks before I got it back. Not only that but despite my agreeing a fixed price as was hit with and additional charge when I collected my laptop. I'm not even going to go into how bad their communication with their customers is... It took 10 days but I've now been refunded the additional unexpected charges. Still not impressed though. Avoid this place at all costs.

Terrible service - thoroughly unprofessional. Owner says all the right things but doesn’t deliver. Apparently they are still waiting for a part for my laptop after nearly 2 months! Never returns calls as promised. The original “repair” done by Sevenoaks computers was clearly amateurish.
