Collection under Covid 19 restrictions worked very well except when picking up a new dish washer only one member of staff to try to lift into vehicle in accordance with their regulations. This clearly was not going to work and I had to help lift the box, not a problem for me and happy to help, but all signage states that you are to remain in your vehicle whilst they load. Management need to have dual lift arrangements in place for less capable drivers.
