Beautiful setting and thoroughly enjoyed the whole day. The spa itself was very clean and has good facilities. I had a brilliant massage from a lovely therapist, Stephanie I think. Our afternoon tea was good especially for gluten free and again the service was excellent. My only criticism could be there's only one toilet in the ladies changing room and the showers don't stay on for long enough. Other than that, spot on! Thank you Reynolds Retreat for a lovely day.

Had a great 21st Birthday here pool was dirty though there was evidence of food consumed in the pool area while it clearly states food is not allowed in the pool area staff didn't seem to care when we told them. The last thing i want to see by a pool is someones half eaten ham sandwich! and Empty Pepsi Can! Hygiene Guys! Its a Swimming pool! Not a canteen!

Amazing! Great staff very chatty and helpful, the spa is great and the cream tea is worth every penny a totally relaxed trip one I will defiantly do again.

Went for a spa day here for my mother's birthday, it was lovely. Te outside seating areas have amazing views. The gym facilities were well equipt as were the changing rooms. The pool is beautiful and the spa very relaxing. Also the staff were very professional although there was a slight mix up with trying to book a yoga class, which we should've been allowed to pre-book. In the end we tried body balance instead and it was even better!
