The people at this tiny church in the middle of Kansas are warm, welcoming, and genuine. The building is certainly modest but it's debt free! There is an active children's program but not youth. Attendance on a weekly basis is between 15-30, so if you'd like to be inconspicuous, go to the Wichita church. If you want to be treated like family and see God in action, wander no further!! ---And plan on being put to work! As a touring choir pianist and church organist for 40 years, I've been to most of the SDA churches east of the Mississippi.

I've visited there for Bible study, beforehand, and services, a couple of times. The people are very friendly and welcoming. They were studying Revelations in Bible study and followed a study guide. They sang unfamiliar hymns before the services. The first service I attended, was an audience participation for \conflict resolution\ where the different sides of the sanctuary took opposite stands on an imaginary issue, then they had to reach a compromise. It was kind of interesting. I don't remember the topic of the last time I visited. It's a very \old-fashioned\ service. I'm old but looking for something more contemporary, and more Messianic. Pastor Erasmus is a very concerned man, who came to visit me after I visited there, we talked for a very lengthy time. He has a sweet spirit and is very understanding. He is why I gave the 3 stars. However, he is only preaching one time a month in the El Dorado church, as he has three other churches he is over as well. He is in El Dorado every Thursday evening for prayer meetings. In my understanding that is more of an \apostles\ role, not a pastor. I want to know who will be preaching every week and who I'm sitting under in leadership. For me, this is not the perfect setup.
