This is the worst GP service in the entire universe staff is very rude and in helpful and they don’t really want patients to come to this surgery and pushing them towards private services. If you are new to this area or thinking of joining this surgery I strongly recommend go to different one because registering with surgery have no benefits whats so ever This surgery should be name and shame in the Leicester Mercury

I have been going to this surgery for 18 years now, over the last 2/3 years it has become a joke! Can not even book appointments no more, you have to ring at 8am or 2pm for an emergency slot, and usually you are in a que and cannot get an appointment!! When you do get an appointment you get the feeling that most doctors do not care, very rushed in and out service. You are Better to just go to A and E , only join this surgery if you do not care about your health , as it could shorten your life span by 25 years! # bring back doctor shanks
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, why bother booking an appointment for a particular time when you have to wait for nearly an hour from the time you booked every single time!!!!! It's literally a joke! Such a poorly run surgery, will definitely be looking to move as soon as possible!!
I would like to share my experiences over the past 13 years of my family being patients of this practice. All the doctors have provided us with excellent care.We are leaving the area and will be sad to leave this surgery. I'd also like to say that I've always found the receptionists lovely and helpful. Yes, sometimes you can't get seen when you need an urgent appointment, if all the appointments have been taken, but we're lucky in Oadby to have the walk in centre.
They told me to ring at 8.00 me and my husband both tried over 40 times nobody answered the phone then message me to make an appointment why bother.
This place is a joke....they dont care about how you feel, all they say is they are fully booked. When you call after 8 am they say your in a cue and your number 10. And after 2 mins you are number 3. Really dont know what's up with this people.
