Had to wait over 3 months on my first pair of glasses then when I got them they still weren't correct, had to wait so long I didn't say anything so I wouldn't have to wait again. A year later time for new glasses, waited 2 weeks then called and was told they would call me when they arrived. 1 week later I get the call. Drive 2 hours only to find they aren't there. Nows it's been another week so I call and ask for my Moey back. I'm being told the Office Manager is not in to talk to me after being placed on hold for 5 minutes. The office is small. Really. I paid over 400 for these glasses and won't ever go back again.
