Gorgeous looking good with an amazing flavor. Every single dish was very creative in its use of ingredients and beautiful to look at. Many times we ended up discussing how could you recreate dishes like that. Our favourite were rabbit and guineafowl which were just delicious. Also all desserts were an absolute treat. The restaurant and stuff are doing an amazing job and place looks great. I feel like the atmosphere was a little bit stiff but it could just be because of covid and restrictions.

This is one of these restaurants who has one Michelin star (only one in Sevilla 2020), i was here 20 October. They have of course only set menues, two of them one for 100 and one for 80 the wine pairing is 40 or the smaller 35. The chefs in the kitchen is really on their toes and amasingly skilled - try this place.

We had the full tasting menu with wine pairing. All the courses were incredibly creative and delicious. The wine pairing was excellent too.

Nice dinner in form of a \degustacion\. A lot of little plates, one better then the other. The wine card is excellent, we have appreciated the Margaux.

you should not plan to do a lot after eating here, as the meal took us about three hours, from start to finish. They only offer tasting menus, the normal one and a slightly longer. Both end up being a lot of food, so try to arrive hungry there. The dishes were very interesting, of spanish influence but with a modern touch. They had a lot of fish and seafood in the menu, but there were some meat dishes at the end. There was a tuna tartar on top of eggplant that was great, also a piece of hake that was perfectly cooked. The oxtail in a potato cylinder with a slow cooked egg on top was very good as well. In general the food was very enjoyable, I liked the desserts a bit less, but I was also pretty full at that point. The place is very classy, with a lot of space between tables, and the waiters are very polite and professional. All in all, it is a very nice experience, although not very cheap.
