Make no mistake: for my money, the greatest culinary invention of the past decade is Italian mastery of fructose-sweetened vegan gelato. No one in Seville does it better than Giolatto. Excellent and generous ice creams. The server was very friendly and made us try many flavors. We finally took 4 ice creams including one with two different flavors, all of them in cornet filled with Nutella. The price is medium and good compared to quality.
