Reasonably clean, neat and close to the airport (ish). It's in the middle of nowhere sort of from the old town perspective so not great for sightseeing but I think it's also good for the stadium. Anyway we had a family room which was nice enough. Need it make sure they give you enough towels but they are happy to provide more without a fuss. Breakfast was nice and they even offered to prepare eggs as they didn't have a truly vege option when quizzed (Tip tip - do ask!) .
Hotel in general look OK. Staff needs to be replaced. We check in with two passports, and get one key card, even we have two small kids - and when one of us have to leave the room that then takes the light off... Fantastic service! When we call for room service, it's impossible to get hold of them. When you call main reception and they forward you to the restaurant - then the answer is - "oh you want coffee, we can't deliver that to the room"... Yet, no hot drink available in the room!! Mini bar is rather fabulous - 2 bottles of 33cl Water... And a decent looking baby cot - but with holes in it....! Not impressed. Let's cross out the 4 stars... and make it 1.
Dodgy area. Zero ok restaurant or shop around. You need your passport or ID or driving license number to connect to WiFi... (what?!), just to find out it's low speed.
Nice hotel - we only stayed the one night. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Staff were friendly and service was good. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only downside is the access to the car park as the turnings were very tight.
This place was pretty cute. If you're looking for something lively to do all you need is to walk out of the hotel and head a few feet to the cute little outside bars where everyone seemed to having a good time. The area was slightly questionable looking but I got over that quickly. I felt pretty safe. The room was nice. We got the JR suite I believe. But it was spacious enough for 2 people and it also had a terrace which I loved. One thing that drove me bananas was that there aren't any ice machines and no fridge or microwave( which I knew. But a ice machine would've made all the difference in my world. Especially being that it was so freaking hot outside. And in the elevators.) You have to go to the on-site restaurant to get cups of ice and we were on the 11th fl. Staff was pretty great.
Was an ok hotel , pool ws in the 5 th floor croweded and not relaxing very far away from city center but close to airport
We decided to spoil ourselves with a really nice room and so glad we did! It was a new room and was absolutely wonderful. The room service was great as well, we didn't want to leave! The only, only drawback was the distance away from downtown Seville
