My husband and I were staying at the Hotel Alfonso and booked this cooking class in advance. Just one other family of 4 did the class with us so it was an intimate and informative class. Not only did we learn some cooking tricks but we also learned how to plate dishes. The food we made was great, the wine pairings even better, and great company. We found great value in our experience.

Excellent cooking school program, with great facilities on premise of the hotel but open to non guests. We booked a class of Spanish tapas and teenage boys enjoyed almg with adults. Good mix of culinary activity, discussion of local ingredients, and a really stellar meal with wine pairings. I've taken many cooking classes and this was very top in balance and quality of experience.

Party of 5 plus Javier our guide on an amazing mimo Sevilla tapas tour starting at hotel Alphonso xiii - get there early as there is much to be seen. Without a doubt, the classiest food tour I have ever done fine wines, only the best top end, tapas, fabulous company and a guide whose passion really shines through. Plenty of food - you won’t leave hungry . And will likely have made some new friends along the Way.

Booked the tapas tour in Seville and had a blast. It's really what you make out of it. It's a small tour (max 8 people) and you go to up to 4 bars. All drinks and tapas included. Went with a great mix of young and old and had a blast. Tour guide Aldara was unbelievably informative on local history and presented us with a very diverse selection of food. Tapas is about food and conversation. If you don't get that then this may not the tour for you. Thanks again! Cheers
