Nice size Branch of the popular Spanish chain, I always search for one of these shops as soon as I check in the hotel- anywhere I am in Spain- and I have never been disappointed : although the Staff rarely speak English and my Spanish is \fatal\ I always am treated with kindness and efficiency. I spend a small fortune, they have an amazing selection of Cruelty Free products and the prices are incredibly low compared to the UK! The environment is always clean and welcoming with nice lighting and AC. As for reviewers complaining about not being able to use free products and testers I find it unbelievable how some people expect to go into a Shop and treat it like their own bathroom! If you put enough makeup on your face to need face wipes to remove it... you put on too much!! Buy a packet of wet wipes and keep it in your bag, they are only 1 !!! Hopefully Covid has stopped all the Testers madness anyway

They've stopped carrying lots of their better brands. Used to be good for professional haircare brands and inexpensive skincare like The Ordinary as well as various k.beauty brands but recently the selection is pretty poor.
Not bad
Very bad shopping experience. The BA Lady for inglot doesn’t allow customers to use makeup remover saying only we buy the products can we use it. Suggest not shopping here
