Update. Still the absolute best dealership service dept I've ever worked with. They seem to thrive on being transparent which is probably why their service dept is glass. They had my car for longer than usual, but at no time was I ever uncomfortable with that as Marisa kept me updated on every step they took to troubleshoot and was very apologetic about the wait even though I was not concerned. Cherry on top is they gave me a birthday card and present that matched my opulent blue since my vehicle was being serviced over my birthday. They take customer service very seriously. Original This place is top shelf, after a nightmare experience at another dealership this place has shown me what true customer service is. Not only did they fix what I asked them to, they were also able to identify and repair things I hadn't asked them to under warranty. The same things I had been told by a Frisco Cadillac dealership were normal, even though they couldn't tell me where the sounds were originating. Marisa and the technician (Bruce?) kept me updated the whole time while asking follow up questions that showed their attention to detail. Upon completion the paperwork had detailed summaries of what they had done to my vehicle. I highly recommend Sewell Grapevine.

Bought an Escalade from this dealership in 2016. Service has been marginal at best. Switched to another Cadillac dealer in 2018. The dealership does not respond to most warranty requests. I called for my service records today. After three phone calls I finally made contact with the secretary. Eight hours later..no returned phone call.

My experience is with only the service department. They took proper car of my XT5.I picked it up cleaner than when I dropped it off. They made a quick diagnostic and fixed my car quickly. Everyone in the service department was very nice and took care of me. However, the sales guys didn't really give me a good look because of the way I was dressed when I strolled through the showroom. Guess, blue jeans, plaid shirt, tennis shoes and long hair doesn't go well in the showroom.

Place was amazing got this 2014 hybrid 2door caddy coupe 320 a month with no money down. Total price 18,000
