Joseph was brilliant! From the moment he took my call, he put my mind to rest. He arranged to come to my house (so I didn't have to lug the machine about) and reconfirmed on the morning 30 minutes beforehand. On arrival, he serviced my old FRISTER & ROSSMANN machine and got it working again smoothly. Thank you.
