I drove for 15 miles to get there to be told that there is no longer drop in clinic. Even though the website still say’s that there is. Even though the lady behind the desk was apologetic it did not detract from my poor experience. Apparently you now have to call on the day which you want an appointment like the doctors surgery. From my experience that system is a fail, as you never actually get seen when you need. This is a real shame as previously I have always had good experience with the York clinic.

Had a fairly invasive procedure which I was never really nervous about, but I just want to compliment the nurses on their professionalism, kindness and great bedside manner. Morgan was a student nurse and he was so lovely and positive, and Ruth was supervising him. I'll never go anywhere else after the amazing experiences I've had with YorSexual Health.

My wife visited the clinic and was seen by Dr Baker. She said she was fabulous. Very professional and explained every step of her coil fitting. A very friendly and considerate doctor, a really nice lady! It can be an embarrassing situation and very personal but my wife was put at ease immediately by Dr Baker and her assistant.

Although I have had to wait for up to two hours at the walk-in clinics, I've never been turned away. Staff are very friendly and I feel extremely comfortable whenever I visit. I don't live in North Yorkshire but always prefer to travel to York because my local service is shockingly bad.
