Some of our bedrooms were a lot hotter than the rest of the house. Andy figured out what was causing that issue and was able to reroute more air back to those rooms and better balance our house out. I wish we would have called him years ago. They also found a fire hazard that has been a danger to us for many years and fixed that for us as well. Because of all the additional work his team was here 3 days but they did a great job. We are very pleased with SG Mechanical and would recommend them to our friend and family.

Excellent service. Miles went above and beyond to get my unit going so very happy. I would highly recommend this company. Update-Absolutely highly recommend this contractor! Initially after needing Miles to get my unit up and running, I then started the project of getting quotes to have the unit replaced. Because of the great customer service I received from the service call and their excellent pricing, I decided to go with SG for the replacement. Kyle did an excellent job installing as well as leaving everything neat afterwards! He was very professional (like all SG staff I encountered) and answered my questions and had the office person call me and explain the ext steps\ for registering, etc. I am so very impressed with their level of customer service which is hard to come by these days! Thank you SG Mechanical!!!!
I have used Andy and his team 20 years before Andy became SG. My current A/C which they installed and maintained is running strong at 15 years
