The best houseboat I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous interiors, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. I must recommend this house boat to everyone who will be visiting Kashmir. Also the owner is so humble and cooperative that u will love to stay here....

Houseboat Shabistan is very nice and secluded place to stay at Dal Lake in Srinagar Nice rooms with good service and testy food Salim and Asif are very nice caretakers Very helpful and enthusiastic!!! We are very happy and will come back again
My stay in Jammu and Kashmir is the perfect description of "Heaven on Earth"especially my stay in the "Shabistan group of houseboat".The stay feels nothing less then a dream vacation with stunning views, absolutely comfortable beds,each room with amazing wooden architecture all around with traditional Kashmiri prints,hot water,reasonably price yummy food other then that the place is surrounded by unreal views..This place was owned by Mr Asif who is extremely loving and welcoming and the staff was super cooperative and helpful..Thanks alot"Shabistan group of houseboat" for being the best. For taking care of us,for guiding us the way throughout.. Absolutely in love with the experience and stay! If anyone is planning for a vacation,then this stay should be on the top of your list.

100 % dedication by salim.he was very helpful.houseboat is having all required services.heater and hot water was there.thry have managed resources very well.every help was provided.

It was a great experience to be in kashmir especially in shabistan houseboat . We found people like Asif who is very gentle and soft spoken . If there is a heaven on earth it's kashmir .Best place to enjoy in holidays
