The whole experience of buying a piano from Shackleford was straightforward and enjoyable. From visiting the showroom to view and try out different pianos, to the delivery and the post-installation tuning after 6 weeks, everything went smoothly and all the staff have been helpful, informative and friendly. I was thinking of buying a second hand piano from a private seller but I’m glad I went to Shackleford Pianos instead because of their expertise and the extras that are included in the price, like delivery, first tuning and warranty. I’d definitely recommend them.

Excellent service moving a piano from one family home to another 60 miles away. Communication was very good and all staff were polite and courteous. I have used Skackleford Pianos services for a number of years and always found them friendly and reliable.. Twice in the past year they have moved my piano.Their charges were very reasonable and the moving men very professional.
