They sell faulty curtains, I purchased curtains on 9th Feb 2019 and asked for 9feet size curtains in total I bought 8 pieces curtains worth 9 thousands. they gave 6 pieces size 9 feet and slipped in 2 peices 7 feet in the slot. So I didn't checked on the spot next day I called Shagun handloom the next morning that you have given 2 sizes wrong he mentioned that ethere you can come or replace or else I'll send my guy with the right sizes at your place. So I went to their shop again next day on Sunday, the owner with whom I spoke in the morning said that all the pieces are sold out and next lot will come next week so he promised that on 16th February he'll give me the curtains. On 16th February when I called him again he mentioned that since he is not well so was not able get the curtains inspite of the fact he promised. he will now respond in 2,3 days. I am fed up with these liars of highest order, these local vendors have no commitment, they don't respect customer time and money, They fool you around, it's better to buy from reputed brands at least they have some sense of accountability, and respect for customers shopping experience. I wonder why these traditional ways of buying and selling are evolving online. Thanks
