... the complete remote unit set of the fan are available for replacement... in my situation, service is considered good, reflecting that Alpha customer service is attentive to their customer needs. On the other hand, this is not the first time. Both fans encounter similar situation, owing to their short fall in the electronic component. Probably Alpha design team should look into product quality matters. Other than that, the replaced part cost is effectively reasonable, unexpectedly not too highly cost (less than a hundred) to get it replaced.

Bought water heater on 1/9/2020, water not hot after 5 months. Called the service centre number, manufacturing plant, WhatsApp ,... No reply from either side...... lossing confidence on this brand. NO MORE Alpha brand, i better change back to Joven. Alpha

Buy a KDK fan, never going to buy an Alpha fan. Should change the name to AL-SAI fan. Every 2-3 years something is broken. The fan speed, the fan making super loud noise, the fan doesn’t turn on..... the list go on. So tired of seeing the technician coming to our house to fix the damn fan. NEVER EVER GOING TO BUY one again.

Hv it on 2011 ,2 type of motor noise after few years,it Gone ,my sister bought 2 without me knowing ️. Old Japan brand never hv problem ! Last forever ! Should I repair the one Remote control. Transmitter on fan motor ??

Ive sent in my dc motor ceiling fan to fix the fan speed. 10 mins later, the technician already found the solution and fix the problem!! A customer service lady manning the counter was also prompt and courteous in handling my case... Thank you very much, Alpha!!!
