I am wondering why management of Mazda HQ trying to fraud. January 2019 my car battery got issue and my car still was under warranty. At the service desk they propose me two types of battery. ( 1 delco NQ85 with 2 years warranty with the cost of RM528.10 including labor charge) and another cheaper option. I chosed the good quality for my own safety. Regardless not even reached two years car battery got an issue and come back to the center and they told me this two years policy is effected on July2019 and not cover your battery warranty. I didn't have any proof to show that they are kind of cheated on me. For me there were no choice to accept and changing my battery as I locked up in service center without car. I am writing this for those who want to visit this HQ , I am again saying "Headquarter" to be aware of this kind of fraud. over all this place in terms of waiting environment and serving coffee or entertainment for those who are waiting for their car to be serviced is good. The staffs are friendly.

appointment at 8am. arrived at 7.55. all the mechanics still lepak tepi borak borak. went inside. nobody at reception. only at 8.30am they started to accept my appointment. told them to check my side mirror, they said no problem. went back home still same issue. called the service center and they promise to replace. within 1 month, i called 5 times only to be told "we will call you back". final call, had to raise my voice, suddenly "the stock is ready sir." what? as a customer i have to call constantly for updates. what kind of service is this? avoid this service center at all cost. there are many mazda service center within the vicinity.

It was awesome experience and great impression i had for my first interview. Last monday on 22nd July i had my interview session at here. The panels are so friendly and great. There was Ms Azian, Mr Wajdi and Ms Norlaili. Well, obviously I have so much too learn what should i prepare for an interview but they gave good advice and makes me feel more confidence.
