Dont use it to receive payment. Basically like a SCAM after they updated their policy. They have updated their latest term which makes whoever that has signed up before Dec automatically agree to withdrawing RM 100 every RM 101 and above transaction. RM 100 - which they claim is in our account as credit ( Which we will be unable to Withdraw ) the use of the credit is for their service fee payment RM 1.50 and etc per transaction. Its very complicated, but you get it. They withdraw your service charge without actually getting order payment first - I have used many payment gateways, usually they will either ask for a service fee payment upfront and then transaction charges after payment is completed or use Stripe, FPay, Paypal where there is no downpayment. Every RM 100 deducted.... better pay for Ipay88 / Revpay cause it is a con saying it is 'FairPay' - IT IS NOT. Customer service is slow as hell. Learnt my lesson - and want to tell other people cause it is really not fair, especially with no warnings ( Check their website and dashboard if you see anything mentioned, until you email them ) For small businesses, this is not good for cash flow. My two cents for other online merchants, also offer your customers Instalment - no upfront payment for merchants via Hoolah, Pace Now , SPLIT, etc.

I have make a payment for my CIDB card renewal no any respons get from your site... And I contact CIDB office and be confirmed no payemt made by your company regarding my renewal... Give me your office contact num. Or ask your people to contact me... All of the details given rdy when registration time... Really disappointed

Can somene in the company please inform me how to go about to verify my 3 unknown transactions ? (as posted nearly 24 hours ago ) I have 3 unkown charges by your company last month and I am struggling to find out what's the charges or are those scam charges ! . . Please tell me how to contact your company or find out before I go to make police report !

If possible I will rate 0 star The customer support is worst, the system experience is bad, and the support end is not professional. This is a 4th time I encountered bad experience with billplz. 1) Faced problem with account activation (which is caused by them) 2) new validation require me to verify phone number, however never received any verification code. have been trying more than 5 times. 3) Phone, email and chat support is bad and not responsive 4) Asking to shut down account after facing these problem and they refused to shut down my account and giving me excuses. what do you think if you are me? This is how unprofessional they are.

Worst support ever... I had written email for almost 2 months just for an account activation. I had done what email to be told. But they just keep asking the question again and again.

Have been a Billplz merchant user since 2018 and my experience is amazing. Love the frontend design. My in-app looks very beautiful. Not to mention the fast payment clearance.

I signed up a new account on Billplz but I was charged a 6% SST on top of the RM 1.50 / transaction stated on their website. I wanted to ask about it so I tired to call them, nobody pick up. So I tried my luck again and wrote an email to them, no respond after 1 month. Very bad experience. Can't say they have "bad customer service" because they have no customer service at all.
