It should be nice to give a pleasure and good impression when entertaining somone for inquiry. Please do improve the service for whom in charge in this frontliner - customer service/registrar. A gentle and better choice of words should be priority. Please show some professionalism and good ethic. Speak like somone want to speak with you. Don't give a response that irritated to be listen or try to improper educate people like the way u think or they knew. Understand that you will need to entertain a lot of people in a day or something that ruin your mood at workplace but dont throw that mood to the person that innocent. Respect the credibility and image of this institution. #cakapbaikbaikkanboleh

A good place to send your children if it were a public university but like all private uni, not cheap. My children said many new facilities developed during their time things must be more convenient for students now. Two graduated here. Car parking with stickers has been and will always be a problem and ingress/outgress is the outcome of a awkward site.
