Bad day and bad experience. Today received call from them to pickup maybank card at 3.18pm. When arrived at 3.30pm the office was closed. No guard, no maybank staff. Call back the person who call me several off time. no answer. Then I go back at my office. 4pm they call me and ask when to come. This is so stupid a bad service from your staff.

The Shah Alam Maybank office during lockdown (until August 2021) open at 9.30am till 2pm. This new opening hours should be updated in the website so people are aware of this.

The parking ooerator beside Maybank now, 15.02.2021 charges RM4.00 per entry! I did not park there, beside Maybank. I parked at Wisma MBSA at level LG2 visitors parking area. Then i walked all the way to Maybank. MBSA is located across the road. After visiting Maybank, i walked back to MBSA level LG2. Since it was only 30 minutes, the MBSA's parking machine registered a free parking for me. IF POSSIBLE, IF ANYONE IS FIT AND HEALTHY, WALK. DON'T WAIT UNTIL U ARE RETIRED TO START WALKING! DO IT NOW! This year, i am 59.

I came here personally to apply for housing loan since it is near to my home. The service was par. 1 and a half week later i gave them a call regarding my loan application. to my surprise, the application has not been submitted for what ever reason. So my advice, always call them daily to check. They will not do it for you. That's the service you going to get from a well renowned Bank!

The only good thing about this branch is the front desk for being helpful, informative and professional. The rest of the staff inside are mostly terrible, very very SLOW & unprofessional. The least they could do was inform everyone that there’s something wrong with the system rather than making people wait almost an hour. Up your performance Maybank Shah Alam

It is the CACC for administration and documentations.. this is meant for conveyancing work... Limited parking and very narrow parking space.. banks abide to strict SOP especially during this pandemic time
