My experience with Caliber Collision in Shallotte, NC was GREAT! The damage my car sustained was substantial and I was absolutely amazed to see my car looking brand spanking new! Additionally, repairs were completed far earlier than anticipated. I attribute that to diligent, persistent efforts on the part of my service advisor Joe! He was fantastic! He kept me abreast of the process every step of the way. The automotive body repair work is flawless!! Excellent customer service and extremely proficient with my vehicle. Frequent communication, and it was a very good feeling to know exactly what was happening with my vehicle.
