We moved our Mom into Coastal Pointe in July of 2020. We were nervous, due to the pandemic, but she was at a point where she needed 24 hour care and supervision. The administration and staff have been extremely attentive to Mom and all of our calls, texts, emails, etc. This pandemic has caused more stress and rules for families and assisted living facilities. Coastal Pointe has been stellar with their attention to guidelines and done a great job working with families to maintain some sort of contact with our loved ones. We love the room layouts, great meals and attention to individual needs and we feel very supported by all aspects of care, from administration to Directors, Nurses, housekeeping and maintenance. I applaud Coastal Pointe for their work during an even more trying year of opening and can highly recommend this facility for your loved one. We have a very high bar for our Mom and have been pleased at how well it has been met.

My family and I feel very fortunate to have found Coastal Pointe when we needed it the most. We believe our mother is a constant and regular recipient of excellent care, and that her needs are met in an extremely positive and patient way. The team is always willing to assist in responding to our questions and take every opportunity to create peace of mind as we continue Mom's journey in assisted living. We are very appreciative of everything the staff does, but above all, most thankful for their personal interest taken for our loved one.

Coastal Pointe is a great place to call home for the residents who need 24/7 care and attention, when they can no longer stay at home alone. During these trying times with the pandemic, and newly opening, being a brand new facility, CP has done a phenomenal job following guidelines and managing for residents to have some type of contact with loved ones. It is a beautiful, clean, and friendly (great staff), living facility and you can be comfortable knowing that you and your loved ones will be taken care of there. I highly recommend Coastal Pointe. Happy 2021!

I had complete confidence that Coastal Pointe would be the perfect place for my elderly parent. There wasn't a question or concern or request that wasn't answered promptly, efficiently and most importantly with care and understanding for my Dad. This is a challenging decision for all involved....and CP is with you every step of the way.

The care my mother has received at Coastal Pointe Memory Care is excellent. Before she had been there a week she felt at home. From the moment we moved her in, to visits on the porch, the staff has gone out of their way to ease her into their warm, friendly environment. My sister and I were impressed with Jennifer, the Activities Director. She gave us her first tour! Mother has been "playing" and doing activities with Jennifer several times when I came to visit. Mom still wears a medal she won at the Kentucky Derby! Ali, the Relations Director, came to my home and explained to my mother and me the induction process and what to expect. We had some issues getting paperwork from a doctor, but Ali went beyond the call of duty to make sure Mom was able to move in get settled on the day planned. Brandy the Executive Director and Taylor, the RN, made Mom feel welcome and were very professional. The CNA, MedTech, housekeeping and maintenance staff all greeted us on her first day there. I can't say enough about the facility, operation and organization at Coastal Pointe, but it is the people that make it a home for my mother. Thank you!

The entire staff at Coastal Pointe is so compassionate & caring! After seeing the beautiful facility and meeting with Brandy the Executive Director & Ale, the Relations Director, I knew in my heart that Coastal Pointe was the perfect place for my mom. Then I met Taylor, the RN who is Amazing! I can't say enough good things about Taylor! Her approach, care plan, & communication, go above & beyond!! Jennifer, the Activities Director is also Excellent! She takes the time to really get to know each resident, their likes, dislikes and keeps all residents engaged with daily activities! She also assists with video chats & photos to help families stay connected. The CNA's & MedTechs are Wonderful, Kind & Compassionate! They truly take an interest & care for the well being of your loved one! Housekeeping (Jean), Maintenance (Jim) and of course Jordan at the front desk are all so wonderful too! Coastal Pointe IS A Great Place for your loved one to call home! And the food is Excellent too!
