If I could have left 0 stars I would have. They used to have a wonderful Vet there who helped us tremendously when our cat had cancer. Now though, after dealing with their extremely rude vet tech (whom I had not had the displeasure of dealing with until recently & found very condescending) & equally rude office staff over a new kitten, we are done. We've been waiting for our kittens medicine, supposedly on back order, for an entire week. Today they say they have it & that it has been there since Tuesday, so four days& no word. They stated that they have on record where they called & left a message for it to be picked up but I have no record of a call or voicemail from them. Also, when I went to pick up the medicine they tried to charge me AGAIN. If already paid for the medicine when I paid for everything else at the last visit! Conveniently though she "couldn't find the transaction" from last week. Nice how she was so sure & had record of leaving me a voicemail but had no record of my paying for the visit, antibiotics or the eye med I never got. My advice would be to move on. At one time there may have been decent people there but it sure doesn't seem that way anymore & you have to wonder, if they treat the people paying for their services as if they don't matter then how will they treat your pets. Their vet tech & office staff could use several lessons in manners common decency.

Been taking our furry children there since we moved to the area in 1997. Even with ownership changes over the years the support staff has remained consistent. They have always given wonderful care. And their fees have always been reasonable.
Almost EVERY animal hospital is going to require full payment at time of service due to people not paying their bill. Save your money before you take your pet to its normal visit or improve your credit and save some money in case of an emergency. It's called budgeting. As for Companion it has some great staff such as Cereta and Erica.
It took forever and they make you pay up front for the whole bill, which can be really tough on struggling people.
