This company has been taking my money... and not deliver one single thing.. Avoid at all cost... There are many other real professional surveyors in the area.

I have a home just south of Raleigh and somehow I got my original survey done by a company from the Wilmington area ( East Coast Engineering and Surveying ) so I didn't reach out to them immediately when I needed an \as built\. I reached out locally and was told by at least 3 different companies my wait time might be 3-6 weeks. So I contacted my original surveyor. They told me they come to the triangle every 2 weeks or so and will fit us in no problem! They were super nice and accommodating! I highly recommend them.
