I swear i get lost in the store sometimes. I buy things i don't need but want so often here. It fulfills all my diy and crafting needs, i don't think i ever went in and left the store empty handed. Some things may be cheaper if ordered online.

Abhorrent customer service. Asked an employee where gel pens would be and he told me where. But that was it. He didn't lead me to it at all. The disinterest was very obvious. I thanked him. Later he was passing me and I thanked him again and proceeded to tell him I'd found discounted ones and he literally kept walking. And no, he wasn't going anywhere urgent. Checkout wasn't any better. The store was neat, clean, and organized but that doesn't impress me much since it's a new store to begin with. They have their usual "sales" tactics to make you think you're getting a deal when in reality everything is overpriced and the mark downs make them high profit anyway. If I didn't hate the people who ran and owned the company before their crummy employees sealed the deal. Overall, message received, Amazon here I come.

Went to framing department to have a nautical map framed. Waited about 10 minutes, finally rang the bell . Was told by the gentleman in the back, be with you in a few minutes (in a harsh voice. He will never have to worry about me coming back. I’ll spend my money where it’s appreciated.

The store was very neat & clean,great atmosphere. The clerk's were very helpful & all of them were wearing a mask. There's alot of good deals in there.

Not a big selection of items that are in other Hobby Lobby's stores. While Being 30 minutes from the Wilmington store and 20 minutes from the Shallotte store is too much of a hassle to go shop due to drive time and the fact that some people do not know how to drive in either town is bummer enough not to go. Just wish Leland would get one because I live in Leland and will give me more an ample reason to be more of a frequent customer.

Very near and organized. Friday early afternoon was not crowded at all. All shelves were on Organized and full. Enjoyed exploring this store very much.

Large store with a lot of selection, clean restrooms. We used their framing service for a needlepoint piece and the piece came back with dirt smudges on it. Overall good service, but wish they took better care of our artwork.
