We are so pleased with the service that we received from these two courteous, professional, and personable gentleman. We requested a pick-up date on their website, listed the items that we needed to have removed, and set an appointment for removal. The website is user friendly, and easy to use. We were called on the day scheduled for removal because they were ahead of schedule with a request if it would be fine to arrive earlier, and of course we agreed! As for pricing, we believe that it was more than fair. We would have had to pay to rent either a truck, or trailer to remove the items that we had, and this was so much more cost efficient. We will call this company again for any of their services. I encourage you to not only use their service, but to also support local business. We had electronics, monitors, flat screen tv, etc ... and other miscellaneous Items removed. None of these items are free to dispose of at the recycling center. The area was clean after they left, and you would never know that there was anything there. ADD these gentlemen to your cell phone as a contact as we did; Definitely keepers, and highly recommended for their services!

This is a GREAT service! We had a very heavy TV to be removed from the wall. We could not do it. House Elf came and removed it from the wall and the house. I threw in a few other items, as well. The price was very reasonable, the service and communication, excellent. They try to keep what they can out of the landfill. I will use this service again, for sure! Highly recommend!
Very pleased. Super nice young man runs the business. Sent me a reminder before. Sent a picture when he was delayed at the dump! And the arrives promptly to haul away my junk. Called on a Thursday afternoon and made an appointment for the next day. Received a call in the morning saying they they were actually ahead of schedule and asked if they could come by earlier than the appointment. They were on time, super nice, gave me a quote on the spot and proceeded to have everything (couches, recycling, crates, etc.) in their truck in 15 minutes. Would absolutely recommend and use again for any similar needs.
These young men were professional and kind,since I can not do these things by myself it was a blessing to fine House Elf Junk Removal. They did a wonderful job.
I can’t say enough about how great these guys are! I received an almost instant reply to my inquiry for service, they arrived promptly, gave me a fast quote and stuck to that quote. I needed insulation removed from my crawlspace and some yard debris and junk hauled away. They had the work completed very fast and were completely professional.
