Had the best experience ever buying a car and at 60 I have bought many. Friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy or heavy sales approach. Was pleasantly surprised. Would buy a car from them again in a minute. Louie was our salesmen and he was great. Fair prices and no need to haggle.

Took my work vehicle in to get a blown bulb replaced on the passenger side an oil changed, new wipers, a check engine light (O2 sensor) which I knew not might get done because I dropped it off Friday morning and they told me they could definitely at least get the oil, wipers and headlight bulb done. They never once called to tell me it was finished and then told me there was no issue with the bulb. The thing that was most annoying is the amount of phone calls I made on the Thursday/ Friday morning before where I left several voicemails with all the service coordinators and no one returned my call. I had to literally drive down and hope to get my vehicle in to worked on. The only person that was helpful was mike in sales which it wasn’t even his job to do. If this wasn’t a fleet vehicle I wouldn’t of gone there I only took it there because it wasn’t to far from my house. And this picture is after I picked it up.
Live in the Florida Keys but Jones Ford in Shallotte is the only place I buy my Fords. So far, three new ones, a F250 Diesel, Expedition, and latest, for our around town and Key West commutes, an EcoSport. Love the EcoSport! Lots of room, comfy, full of options, and the usual great deal. This is a dealership that can be described in one word- Trustworthy.
I highly recommend Jones Ford in Shallotte. I haven’t even bought my car yet and Huey has been phenomenal. He has made sure to work his tail off looking for my dream car and not robbing me to do it. He has kept me updated and never made me feel like I was pestering him. He is absolutely the best and I won’t go anywhere else for a Ford besides here.
