Everyone was very helpful and didn't judge me one time even though I was covered from head to toe I'm drywall dust they weren't just interested in making a sale they helped me pick the right ring even though it was the cheaper of the 2 also would like to add go with the warranty anything happens at all if your 2 karat diamond dallas out take it back and they fix it no hasle no money

Staff is good quality of the ring mass OK luckily we didn’t lose the diamond when I fell out a week after the purchase to probably about three weeks to come back. Only complaint that could be addressed by the staff there is what year is it? Why isn’t there call waiting on your system or a voicemail box set up so that I don’t have to spend a majority of my day trying to let you know at Myer diamond fell out of my ring before the wedding.
