Have been taking mom here for 5 years. Although no doctors office is perfect this one comes close. The staff is friendly and and caring. Since COVID-19 came into play we expected a lag time for the office to work out the kinks. Have patience. They work the front line.

Went to Oceanside Novant on 2/14/21 they tested for COVID and flu. I told them my symptoms and they sent me home. Then I returned a second time on 2/17/21 with my symptoms being worse! I saw the same doctor and explained to him that my husband and I have the exact same symptoms and he had been diagnosed with severe bronchitis. I told him he had already done a COVID test a few days ago and I felt sure that it was not COVID. He insisted to test me yet again and prescribed cough pills and an inhaler. The next day. I finally had enough and went to another doctor in Whiteville, within minutes they told me I had bronchitis. Called me in severe medications and they actually LISTENED to me! I will be changing all my medical history to Whiteville and drive 30 minutes out my way to go to the doctor instead of this office which is only 10 minutes away. I’ve only been on my prescribed medication for 1 day and can already see improvement. Never, Never again will I visit this office! Conclusion of 2 COVID test and flu test coming back negative and turns out I have bronchitis exactly what I tried to tell them!!!

I am already an established patient here, but last night, Thursday 1/21/21 at 6:00 p.m. I arrived and there were 2 ladies at the front desk, one with short brown hair the other was blonde. I know I stood there waiting to be acknowledged for 10 minutes. These 2 women were too involved talking to a male co-worker which looked like he was leaving work. There wasn't anyone in front of me. The brown haired lady slid the glass open and says, \Yeah!\ I'm like really, not can I help you? Just so rude, never smiled! I wish I would've got her name. Once you get passed the rude counter people you at least get nice caring workers once you are called back.
