I DO NOT recommend this store! I ordered items online, and my order was not even ready! They did not refund my money or even tell me the products were out of stock! I did not receive a phone call to notify me of the issue! Then I waste my time going to the store to get my order, and it was a waste of time, money, and gas! I do not recommend this store at all! I will not be back there to order online again! Grade of F for this location for FAILURE! -Dr. B

I just wanted to say that today was one of those extremely difficult and incredibly hard days for no reason at all. I was trying to return an item through FedEx and because of Morgan and Breanna I was finally able to get it done. This does not sound like a hard thing but when you put it together with the rest of my day, I feel so strongly about this that I have to give a rave review to these two ladies at Office Depot in Shallotte for making me not only feel so much better but being so nice and so helpful! If everyone provided the type of customer service that these two girls do, the world would be a kinder and better place. Thank you so much for having the best staff.

This place has the worst service I have ever seen. I was standing there with my hands in the air for 15 minutes while the staff was just standing around and talking to each other. I think there was 1 other customer in the store when I walked out. Never to return. AWFUL just AWFUL!!!

I love this furniture. It's clean, stylish, comfortable and well-made. Not only that, but their customer service is great. The delivery staff is on time, calls ahead to let you know that they're 15 - 20 minutes away and are always really nice. Today, I had a Nixon chair and ottoman delivered to match my Nixon sofa. They were efficient and super nice. Thumbs up y'all ... keep it up!

The clerk only printed one of the two files and also overcharged me. She charged me for 8.75 total for 55 copies. This employee was terrible and didn't do what i asked. Needless to say I will not go back to this store. In a time when people are trying to save money this store overcharges you. Very disappointment. I would not use this print center for ANYTHING!!!!!

Love shopping at Office Depot! Great Customer Service and so much to see. We went in to get ink for the printer and found some great deals on a flash drive, and the new Sharpie extra fine colored pens that are perfect for cards! As we were checking out we asked about having next year's Christmas cards printed and the associate couldn't have been friendly and helpful.

I needed to get two insurance cards laminated. Their support helpful staff took the cards, cut them to the right size, laminated them...and hit me checked out...all in what felt like five minutes. Great service, and terrific products.
