The store is nice but the 2 employees we saw needs to be nicer. The guy at the cashier didn't even acknowledge us. We had an appointment for our dog to get her nails clipped. Waited in the room for a few minutes before the lady came out from the back. Not a hi, nothing. She did not even acknowledge our dog like other places do. Told my husband he can hold her. There was hair on the table. She pushed it off with her hand. Never bothered to clean it. Will not return. Nicer people at Pet Smart.

This store has a definite “hometown shop” feel. They carry everything a pet parent might need, the food and toy selection is great, and the employees are kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I always have a question, and they always have the answer. So thankful to have found them!
