My experience so far has been great. We started a fish tank for our grandkids. So we definitely have spent some money there. Employees are great and prices aren't bad. Overall good store.

Staff are friendly, store is well stocked and super clean. Used the grooming services and they did a great job on my puppy! Def will be back.
Neat, clean store but don't expect the same customer service you typically find at this chain. You want it, go find it yourself and haul it around while you wander around trying to find things. Plan to make 2 or 3 trips in and out of store because no one is offering to help you.
They weren't able to groom a 17 lb rescue dog so I can't say anything bad about them. They tried but my dog had issues with strangers.
The best place to get your supplies, pers and information! Collen is the best , she is a wealth of information and superb friendly !
You can never go wrong for your per needs at PetSmart.
It's a Petsmart! Friendly folks, wide selection. Groomers in the back of the store (they close at 5). They missed a huge opportunity not adding a vet to this location, Shalotte is very underserved (we go to Whiteville for our vet).
