My family and I where on vacation at Holden Beach and we were in need of a recliner fast. Janice was fabulous she helped us out so much and even delivered that day to help us out. We will definitely be back and call on this Rent A Center for anything we need. You have no idea how much of a difference you made in our trip. Thank you again.

My experience was the worst customer service ive ever had in my life. They were the most rude and unqualified customer service rep I've ever met. They treated me as if I was white trash and they had no reason to stereo type me and my family I hope corporate sees this I will never ever go back or rent anything from that location. I give them a 0 for satisfactory and effort.
