Love getting my hair care supplies at Sally Beauty. Today I also picked up a magnification mirror, so I spent more than usual. The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Lots of items not related to hair, as well.

I've been a Sally's Beauty customer for years and have always enjoyed the friendly staff. So why is shallotte Sally's the worst in customer service everytime I've gone to this one. Cashiers stand around chatting with each other, no one says hello or ask if they can help you like ALL other cashiers at Sally's. And then they have the nerve to ask if you want to pay .15 cents for a bag to carry your items out. I sure wouldn't miss this location if they closed down. They are the worst in customer service.
