From the very beginning Sharon Uchida has been so wonderful. Kim and Kelly as well. Sharon went above and beyond. She communicated every step of the way, and explained the process in helping me find a rental for my family that we desperately needed. She was compassionate, professional, and spoke with me like a person not a dollar sign, like so many others had done on my search for housing. Every one has been great with answering questions and getting back to me in a timely fashion. Sea coast rentals has exceeded my expectations, and I’m so glad I came across them!

Sea Coast Rentals has been the best property management services provider we have ever worked with. They are really good at keeping us informed about what's going on with the renters and the property. And when we had to evict a tenant, SCR (and especially Sharon Uchida) really helped us with all of the details of returning the property to good working order. This happened at a time when I and my partner were dealing with a number of health issues, and it was a tremendous relief to know that SCR was truly looking out for our best interests.
Sharon Uchida is great!. Her availablity, tenacity and follow thru in getting things not working right at the rental house we have in Calabash fixed is a blessing! Whenever we called with issues, and we had alot, she was there to respond and execute satisfactory solutions. She also follows up to make sure third party repairs are properly completed. We still have a couple issues she is dealing with, but have complete faith that they and any new ones that might come up will get properly handled.
I have been using Sea Coast Rentals for the past several years. Not only have they done a good job of finding good annual leases for our Sunset Beach property, Sharon Uchida was very helpful in assisting me to get some repairs done to our property, including coordinating getting a new refrigerator delivered and installed at our property. Sharon did a great job of scheduling not only the normal type of property maintenance, but other more complicated issues also. Sharon has been a huge help to us in managing our property.
