Really....need I say anything pictures speak volumes? Not to mention I paid for next day service it was delivered days later I will pay a competitor of yours 3 times what I gave you for what I ordered to be properly made and delivered before I ever give you another dime

I received a beautiful bouquet from Shallotte Florist for my birthday while visiting Holden Beach. The bouquet was one of the most beautiful I have received. The flowers were fresh and top quality. Really a fabulous arrangement enjoyed all week.
I am by no means an expert on floral design but I know zero effort results when I see them. The arrangement I received would have been right at home in the produce section of Walmart or Food Lion. In fact, a friend of mine who owned a Florist for decades told me that the flowers used and in the quantities they were along with the types of greens they filled the \bouquet\ out with were IDENTICAL to the ones she sees at Walmart regularly. I'm not going to accuse them of going across the street to Walmart, buying an arrangement, putting it in a vase and selling it for triple what they bought it for but I trust the word and the eye for the craft of my friend who told me it was a Walmart arrangement. Not to mention some of the ladies are incredibly rude, telling me what they were and were not going to do regarding a new arrangement going out. For instance, they were NOT delivering a new one. They were NOT returning my money). However, they WERE closing soon so they had to go. Would rate 0 stars if possible.
I ordered an 80 arrangement to be delivered and the arrangement was nothing like the picture. The person who received it felt bad for telling me but wanted me to know it was not well done and didn’t look professional . I asked for a picture and called the florist where I was told the person who did it has done so for 40 years. She then asked me to send a picture and said that the picture assumes any flowers were not taken out. Seriously! Stand by your product and listen to the customer.
Had funeral flowers done for my family. They were easy to work with. Price was right & they were done very well!
